Ever wanted to know how Boston Tea Party make their super awesome Super Blueberry smoothie?
High energy with banana and blueberries, and a cheeky ginger kick. Add your apple juice to the blender first, then pop in the rest of the ingredients, no need to peel your ginger. Blend for about 30-40 seconds until it’s all of one consistency. If you fancy your smoothie a bit cooler add 4 pieces of ice with the rest of the ingredients before blending.
