The Regeneration Of The Ringwood Market

The Regeneration Of The Ringwood Market

Over the centuries the Ringwood Market has changed from selling local produce and livestock to general merchandise, an essential part of trade in our town.

Unfortunately, along with most retail trades nationwide, it has declined in recent years, Ringwood Town Council want to help reverse that trend.

With the help of our Town Council the relaunch took place on the 24th April with many new stalls offering traditional merchandise, crafts, foods and sellers of local produce creating a varied, vibrant market experience for the local community to enjoy.

The support of the townsfolk is required to ensure the survival of this important market every Wednesday, so please take time to explore what’s on offer from our local traders and help make our local market thrive for years to come.
